Diva Kylie celebrated two decades of pop success, a British newspaper reported yesterday. The Australian pop princess cried as she accepted plaudits at the London bash to mark 20 years since her single Locomotion topped the Australian music charts, the Sunday Mirror said. Her long-time manager, Terry Blamey, delivered a speech and was quoted as saying Minogue was a "sexy and strong" star.
